About Me

I am a Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Economics at The University of Texas at Austin.

My research interests are in Labor Economics and Causal Inference, with a specific focus on workforce development and gender disparity in labor market outcomes. My work spans a wide range of topics within applied research such as impact of job transitions, spillover effect of minimum wage policies, role of early education outcomes on long run outcomes, as well as factors driving gender disparity in labor market outcomes.
